CANCELLATION POLICY

BEAUTY BLESSED BRAIDS | BOOKING POLICY Thank you for choosing Beauty Blessed Braids! Please carefully review all booking policies before scheduling your appointment. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS Please provide a valid phone number and review your selected service, hair length, pricing, and appointment details before booking. For questions, please use the booking assistant or contact form. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. Outstanding fees must be paid before booking another appointment. NO-CALL / NO-SHOW Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notification will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. LATE ARRIVALS & GRACE PERIOD A 15-minute grace period is provided for all scheduled appointments. Clients who anticipate arriving late must communicate as soon as possible, preferably before their scheduled appointment time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment and a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. Notifying the stylist of a delay does not automatically extend the grace period or guarantee that the appointment can be accommodated. Traffic, transportation delays, and scheduling conflicts do not automatically qualify for exceptions. Emergency Exceptions: Beauty Blessed Braids understands that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at the stylist’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Waiving a fee does not guarantee that the appointment can still be accommodated. All applicable fees must be resolved before future appointments can be booked. HAIR PREPARATION Please arrive with your hair washed, fully detangled, and blow-dried unless your selected service description states otherwise. Additional preparation services may require a separate booking or additional charges. GUEST POLICY Additional guests are permitted only with advance approval. Please contact me before your appointment if you need to bring someone. PHOTOS & VIDEOS Finished hairstyles may be photographed or recorded for portfolio and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify me before your appointment. Your preference will be respected. BRAID LENGTH & HAIR POLICY Standard braiding hair is included with applicable extension services according to the following guidelines: • Kids’ extension styles: 24-inch or 32-inch hair, depending on the style. • Bob/Mid-back: 42-inch hair. • Waist/Hip/Butt: 52-inch hair. • Thigh/Knee or longer: 72-inch hair. These measurements refer to the braiding hair used, not the finished braid length. Final braid placement varies based on your height, torso length, and selected style. Length names do not guarantee identical placement on every client. If you are taller or would like your braids to reach a specific point, please select the appropriate longer-length service or contact me before booking. Longer braiding hair is not automatically included with shorter-length services. This policy applies to services using standard braiding hair. Please refer to individual service descriptions for human-hair, crochet, or specialty styles.
